Peer Review Process

Jurnal Ekonomi, Manajemen, Akuntansi, Bisnis Digital, Ekonomi Kreatif, Entrepreneur (JEBDEKER) implements a Double-Blind Peer Review process for manuscript evaluation. In this process, the authors' identities are not disclosed to the reviewers, and the reviewers' identities are also not disclosed to the authors. The goal is to ensure an objective, fair, and bias-free evaluation process.

Review Process Stages:

  1. Manuscript Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through the Online Journal System (OJS).
  2. Initial Screening & Initial Review (Editor Evaluation): Manuscripts are evaluated by the Editorial Staff. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's criteria (such as unrelated focus, high similarity check results, or not following the template) are immediately rejected or returned without external review (desk rejection).
  3. Reviewer Selection: Manuscripts that pass the Initial Review are forwarded to the Executive Editor and sent to at least two (2) qualified reviewers.
  4. Peer Review Process (Double-Blind): Reviewers conduct substantive and technical evaluations, assessing originality, methodology, and contribution.
  5. Editorial Decision & Final: The Editor makes a decision based on reviewers' recommendations (Accepted, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, Rejected). The reviewed article will be sent to the Selection Editor for confirmation to the authors.
