Era Digitalisasi dan Perubahan Dinamika Kerja Pekerja Pabrik: Implikasi terhadap Kinerja dan Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Digitalisasi telah menjadi katalis utama dalam transformasi industri manufaktur, termasuk di PT Indorama Synthetics Divisi Spun Yarns. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak digitalisasi terhadap dinamika kerja, kinerja, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. 15 responden dihadirkan dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri dari 10 pekerja pabrik, 3 manajer divisi, serta 2 tenaga ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 46,7%, namun juga memunculkan tantangan seperti resistensi teknologi dan stres adaptasi. Partisipasi dalam program pelatihan terbukti signifikan dalam mendukung kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karyawan yang mendapatkan pelatihan cenderung memiliki persepsi lebih positif terhadap teknologi baru, sementara yang tidak mengikuti pelatihan merasa terbebani oleh beban kerja tambahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan teknis yang inklusif, komunikasi efektif, dan manajemen beban kerja yang adil untuk mengurangi resistensi terhadap teknologi dan meningkatkan adaptasi tenaga kerja. Rekomendasi strategis diberikan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam memaksimalkan manfaat digitalisasi sambil meminimalkan tantangan yang dihadapi karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan manufaktur lainnya dalam mengelola transformasi digital secara holistik.
