Development Of The Nusareco Business Website Using The Pieces Framework Approach

This study is a Research and Development (R&D) project that aims to analyze existing problems and develop the Nusareco website system using the PIECES Framework, which covers six main aspects: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. Nusareco was chosen as the research object because several issues were still found in its digital management, such as limited access to information, slow transaction processes, and the lack of integrated sales reports. The research employed the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The Analysis stage was carried out to identify system requirements and problems, followed by the Design and Development stages to plan and build website features. In the Implementation stage, the system was tested on a limited scale, while the Evaluation stage was conducted to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the website. The analysis results indicated that several aspects need improvement, including website loading speed, real-time transaction report updates, the development of benefits from expanded products and services, and website responsiveness across various devices. Meanwhile, the security and efficiency aspects were considered sufficient, as no data duplication occurred in the reports. The implementation of this development is expected to enhance the overall performance of the Nusareco website and support the optimization of digital strategies for SMEs.
