Abstract

Banyak peneliti yang telah melakukan riset mengenai elemen-elemen apa saja yang dapat menyebabkan peningkatan komitmen organisasi. Dua di antara elemen tersebut adalah keterlibatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan partisipatif. Meskipun secara teori variabel keterikatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan partisipatif mempunyai nilai positif, namun penelitian empiris menunjukkan hasil yang tidak sama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dimana referensi dicari berdasarkan database internet yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti dan diperiksa untuk kemudian dianalisis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran keterikatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Studi ini dengan jelas menetapkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan partisipatif merupakan variabel yang berkontribusi terhadap komitmen organisasi.
